Except for those expressly marked as non-returnable, most goods purchased from sellers are returnable during the return window.

General Returns Policy

  • If you receive a product that is physically damaged, missing parts or accessories, faulty, or differ from the description on's product information page, you can return it within the relevant return window.

  • We may schedule a technician visit to your location if you report an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, or Microwave. This visit will be arranged by placing an order with Home Services. A resolution will be given based on the technician's assessment report, according to Home Services Terms and Conditions.


  • Only if the following conditions are met will the return be processed:

                  The product was not damaged while in your hands, according to our findings;

The product is identical to what was sent to you;

The product is returned in its original packaging (complete with the brand/package, manufacturer's MRP sticker, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories).


  • If you wish to return an electronic device that holds personal information, please make sure that all personal information has been deleted from the device before returning it. Letsbuydeal would not be held liable in any way for any misuse or inappropriate use of this material.


  • In certain cases, including cases of buyer's remorse, such as wrong model or color of the product purchased or incorrect product ordered, goods will not be available for refund.

  • It is not possible to refund goods that are labeled as "non-returnable" on the product information tab. 

  • Unless otherwise stated in the category-specific regulation, no additional information is needed to return a qualifying request.
